35 New Homes—and 35 New Neighbors
Over the coming months, you’ll begin to see new homes taking shape throughout Phase 7.
But ultimately, this phase isn't just about adding houses. It's about welcoming more people into the neighborhood.
Soon, there will be more families putting down roots here, more kids riding bikes and playing outside, more neighbors out walking their dogs, and more familiar faces to wave to on the way home.
As The Highlands grows, our goal is to preserve what makes it such a special place to live: a comfortable, welcoming neighborhood where people are proud to call home.
Building for a Growing Community
Some of the most important parts of a neighborhood aren't always the things you immediately notice.
Phase 7 includes several infrastructure improvements designed to support the community as it grows.
More sidewalks will continue pedestrian connections throughout the neighborhood, creating more places for walks, bike rides, strollers, scooters, dog walks, and conversations with neighbors.
New sewer lines have been installed to serve the additional homes and provide the underground infrastructure necessary for the new phase.
The phase will also include a new retention pond as part of the community's stormwater management system, helping collect and manage runoff from storms and snowmelt.
Together, these improvements are part of preparing The Highlands for the new homes and neighbors who will soon join the community.
What to Expect During Construction
Of course, getting from under construction to welcome home takes a little time.
